A Hipcooks Cheesemaking Workshop

Come & learn to make cheese, cheese, glorious cheese! We hope you have a ball stretching fresh mozzarella.
We call this class a workshop because there's science & preparation (in the beginning of class) to make all the cheeses you'll enjoy (later in class). An ambitious menu of cheeses cannot be rushed!

Please arrive with a fed & happy belly. We'll be making all the cheeses, and enjoying them towards the end of class, in various permutations.
