This is our Caribbean class — think Island cooking: black beans, plantains, jerk chicken, rum drinks. Ya, mahn!

This class is a fan-favorite among Hipcooks teachers and students alike. The food is original, packed with flavor and fun to prepare.  We love to offer this class in the dead of winter when we need transporting to a tropical place, but any season is appropriate for this menu.
