Here are new & imaginative menu ideas to be "free" and satiated.

We'll explore how to add creaminess to food without using dairy, and how to achieve protein-rich, satisfying meals that are vegetarian & gluten-free. Desserts made without sugar can still be deliciously sweet and much lower on the glycemic index.

You'll be a lean, mean, fighting machine!

(Please note that the crackers we make in class, as well as the tart filling, contain eggs.)
