  • Don’t leave your pan on the heat sitting empty.
  • Use non-abrasive utensils when stirring or flipping (like the ones at Hipcooks).
  • Allow the pan to cool completely before washing, use a soft sponge & never in the dishwasher.
  • Don’t stack pans when storing. (Or, place a towel between each pan)
