Virtual: Pumpkin Pecan Roll

Join Hipcooks as we make this showstopper holiday cake, the Pumpkin Roll. It’s beautiful enough for a table centerpiece and easy enough to make anytime (and lots of times!) This dessert is perfect after a big holiday meal because it is super-light and airy. 

This is a “healthy” dessert! Our Pumpkin Roll is juuust sweet enough and made with flour from nuts.  You can also make it dairy-free by using coconut whipped cream.

Time permitting, we’ll make caramel designs to decorate the top of your Pumpkin Roll.
