This classic French menu has great Hipcooks twists. Every cook should know how to make a wonderful Beef Bourguignon. (Julia Child had an infamous version.) Ours adds steps & skips others to create a luscious, silky Bourguignon that's out of this world!

We pair this quintessential main course  with a simple oyster starter (& a champagne cocktail, naturelment!) & a show-stopper of a dessert.
