- Ingredients List:
- butter or olive oil
- 1 ½ lbs carrots, peeled and roughly chopped
- 3 celery sticks, roughly chopped
- 1 onion, peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
- 4-inch piece of ginger, peeled and chopped
- 4 cups chicken stock (or water)
- Blender or immersion blender

To participate in the class
- Register for the class! (Make sure your email address is correct.)
- You will need a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
- Once you register, you'll be sent a link for the Zoom Meeting 30 minutes before class. (If you have a smartphone, you will need to download the Zoom app.)
- Have your ingredients ready & set up your kitchen to cook with your favorite teachers! Place your device on a sturdy surface, propped up so that we can see you! Turn off overhead lights: natural light is best!
