While this class has a 3-course menu, the risottos are the star of the show.* Comforting Butternut Squash Risotto has earthy tones and creamy goodness. Add a few sprinkles of melting Parmesan and drizzle with crispy sage butter and it will feed your soul! Our Spring Green Risotto will give you a delightful spring in your step. The Wild Mushroom Risotto is both earthy and tangy.

This charming cake recipe goes way back — it’s an oldie but a goodie! Lemon, Yogurt and Olive Oil Cake is a typical cake from France, where grand-mère would use a little glass jar of yogurt as the base of all measurements for the cake: a jar of yogurt, a jar of sugar, 2 jars of flour, and so on.

Everyone is invited to this class: Adults & kids alike. Parents: help your (10-year-old plus) kids set-up, and then tiptoe away. Or join your kids for the whole session and cook with them!

We’ll meet from 11am-12pm to make the cake and then reconvene at 1pm to remove the cake from the pan, layer, and decorate. Your cakes will be swoon-worthy!

This charming cake recipe goes way back — it’s an oldie but a goodie! Lemon, Yogurt and Olive Oil Cake is a typical cake from France, where grand-mère would use a little glass jar of yogurt as the base of all measurements for the cake: a jar of yogurt, a jar of sugar, 2 jars of flour, and so on.

Everyone is invited to this class: Adults & kids alike. Parents: help your (10-year-old plus) kids set-up, and then tiptoe away. Or join your kids for the whole session and cook with them!

This is a 2-part class

We’ll meet from 11am-12pm to make the cake and then reconvene at 1pm to remove the cake from the pan, layer, and decorate. Your cakes will be swoon-worthy!

The quinoa in this dish is high in protein, great for vegetarians or a "meatless Monday." Bust out the chicken stock if you'd like a richer version: all methods are delicious.
